They don't pickup calls, do not respond to your messages timely. Has to face a lot of hassle for getting the RC delivered correctly. All good promises were made before the sale, but zero support afterwards!!!! Harsh truth. The below review only applies before you execute your deal with them. "SCAM SCAM SCAM Worst possible experience of buying a car ever. Zero communication by the RM assigned wherein i myself had to chase him down for any kind of updates. On the day of delivery the RM was not present and nobody had any clue how to process delivery or what documents required. Wasted half my day. On the next day i was promised a home delivery before 11 am but waited till 2 PM still my car not arrived. Upon delivery the car was not even how it was shown in images and missed basic cleaning and repairs that were pointed out before inspection. Overall a horrid experience even after spending upwards of 10 Lakhs for a car. Do not recommend at all."
